Can someone explain the difference between bless shield and Advanced Block buffs of EE? the seem to have the same description but they stuck together.

Advanced Block increases the 'power' of a shield block, while Bless the Shield increases the rate at which someone can block.
Compare them to Might and Haste, I suppose.

But at the skill description they're both mentiones as "temporarily increases shield defense rate".How can you know one of them increases power?

Plenty of tests have shown it.
Advanced Block increases power. >.>
You're welcome to try testing the effect - it's noticable enough.

Yup, l2p.bravehost.com says e.g. advanced block 3 gives +100% shield pdef, while bless shield 6 gives +80% shield block rate. So if you have both, you block both more often and with a higher pdef.
