Hey there. I'm going to play Linage again after taking a huge break. I quit shortly after the first ever B grade item was found, so I'm used to a lot of low levels and a lot of stores in the starter towns. When i played this game a few days ago (before my comp crashed) there was very little of this on Franz and none on Kain. I was wondering if there is any server with a ton of low level players?

Not at all.
And Franz is only a few months old so you will find more "lower lvl" players but not many players in the noob towns.
The way the game seems to work now is to get you through the new player towns as quickly as possible so that you can start experiencing higher level content. It's a shame but it's true.
Level to 20, do you first class transfer and head to Dion and you will see more people.
