Anyone know if they changed the spoil rate for this recipe? Used to be able to get a couple an hour now we've spoiled almost 2k iron ore and a Spiritual Eye 60% recipe but still no wizards tear 60%... frustrating...

It would be nice to know where your spoiling,, and what mob and I can tell ya.
I can tell you other mobs, I know that most mobs that drop the blades have the full weapon drop.
spoiling frost iron groups in frozen labyrinth... we spoiled a wizards tear recipe shortly after I posted this... but if this was not a fluke then the spoil rate for this recipe has changed drastically.
You probably spoiled there before the mid c5 patch? Frozen Labyrinth was like 1 of the best places to go. But then they lowered exp and lots of drops (probably spoils too) on many of the mobs.
Keep in mind, just because I spoiled 3 A helm recipes in beast farm within hours of getting there doesn't mean that there is a high rate of spoiling them. It simply means I got lucky.
For example, I know of one person hunting in Bandit's trying to get a 100% kris recipe to drop for over 10 levels. I hunted there long enoug to get 200 silver unicorns, and got 2 recipes.
true enough but I farmed enough wizards tear recipes to pay for 2 A grade helmets early in C5. This was not one or two recipes. lol. So I had a pretty good idea of the spoil rate of these recipes. But now evidently that has changed. I guess that's showing me why the recipe went from 5 mil each (where I stopped farming them) back up to 15 mil each (where I started selling them at) Also I was the first one to successfully craft a wizards tear on Devianne.
