Help

Guys I don't play L2 for some time so I just have C3... Will the update turn my C3 into C5? I tried to and it seemed it worked, but I can't learn skills, I'm a Fighter, I talk to the Master, I click learn skills and nothing happens... Can someone help me?

Greetings,
