My +4 Str -4 Con Tatoo is now only having the effect of +3 -3 Whereas yesterday it was +4 -4, anyone experiencing the same problems?

Does it say +3 -3 on your status thingy, or did your STR just go down a number? If the latter, did you change armor by any chance?
