The question isn't very 'responsible' (do you mean constructive) either - which is best depends on the situation.
Are you trying to PvE? PvP? Get in groups - and if yes, what kind and which size? Are you going to be the summoner, or do you just want them for your clan or groups?
the best all around summoner. im in a large ally FYI. i want a summoner for all the things u asked about. why would i want a summoner that kicks *** at high lvls but will never get there because its pve sucks. just want to know the best all around summoner.
what we like has no bearing on anything. the best summoner will vary depending on the situation at hand. you want a suggestion then here: go ps because somebody on the boards told you to. ^_^
imho u need to go look through the skills they get and decide for yourself which will best fit your preferences. better yet, if you're in such a large ally why don't you inquire of them which you should play?

I did. And so far they are being much more help than most everybody here. They are giving me suggestions of which ones they like and Im getting a lil feedback on each and why they like that one. All im getting here is, well it doesnt matter, they are all different, so pick one. I know they are different! I just wanted to know which one u liked and why. w/e this thread died as soon as it started. i realized why i dont post on these boards anymore.

You are being too hard on us as you want us to help you but you aren't giving us anything to go on.
So, ok... I'll give you what you want but I'm afraid it won't be of much help.
Had I my choice I would go Phantom Summoner. I like Dark Elves in general as I especially like the look and feel of the Dark Elf Summons.
I also like that the Phantom Summoner is primarily Melee. Sort of reminds me of Elric of Melnibone.
Not really much of a help but I just don't like light elves and their Unicorns. They are a bit too "bright" for my esthetic tastes.

Perhaps you should've stated your question this way instead of "what is best." I think you would've gotten better responses. I like playing my Glad the most but it is far from "the best." Two different answers to two different questions.
i kinda thought ur link to the threads (orvieta's in particular) was very helpful. guess it doesn't count unless it's actually written in this thread though, huh. :)
1. Warlock (easier to lvl you get more partys with this one)
2. Phantom Summoner (easier to solo)
3. Elemental Summoner
I would have thought WKs and ESs were easier to solo, using the Shadow is just crappy XP.
WKs can use Kai all day long without a problem.
ESs get an AOE summon to powerlevel them up.
PS's Soulless just sucks ur mana dry and limits where you can level. IMHO, solo PS's get the worst XP.

I've never had any issues with Soulless since herbs were added in C5. I use Soulless virtually exclusively whether solo or group (except groups that want shade). Apart from getting stunned and taking a lot of damage that way, I don't have MP issues.
And C5 also seems to have reduced the MP burden somewhat; I can now keep up TP5 and Soulless without losing MP, although it does approximately halve my MP regen.
I've never had any issues with Soulless since herbs were added in C5.
I think thats the point tho, the other summoners can go places the PS can't, I use soulless all the time too, but I can't solo catacomb rooms with him without getting myself into trouble. In dungeon groups I have to use nightshade because soulless can't tank. These are limitions that a WS/ES do not have with their 10% summon.
1. ES. The AoE is crazy fun, and it's a rare and very useful class in PvP - nobody likes getting rooted or silenced and being unable to get free. It's useful in most any party, but boring to play in large groups with Seraphim (IMHO). Decent mass cubic. On a whole, both cubics are somewhat lackluster once the excitement wears off.
2. WK. Queen buffs are welcome in PvP and PVE, although that's beyond boring. Para cubic got a hand up, which is nice. Their mass cubic is probably the worst out of all three of them (big, big LOL at 200 extra damage every few swings in PvP!). The only summoner that gets both banes at top level - and that's something good right there.
3. PS. I don't like their look too much. They have the funnest fourth servitor and make excellent healers where endurance is key - nobody can keep outputting heals like a PS can, not eve a bishop. I don't know how Nightshade works out in PvP - although I assume twenty seconds of a UDed healer could be helpful. Their cubics rock, although I'm still (sorry PleChan) not sure if Phantom got nerfed in C5 or not. The hands down best mass cubic.
For style, IMHO Both Elves > Female WK > Male PS > Male WK > Female PS, but I know Im' alone with that.
As I have said in my first post though - there is no best summoner. It's not like archers or daggers where you need to try to find a pecking order of who does most damage.
They all do different things.
PS: ES getting a bit of a passive nerf in Interlude since their unique PvP cure is being given to bishops... but I'm sure not every party necessarily has a bishop, and I don't know whether Cleanse will be spammable either.
Warloc is my favoorite. Like look of female human mystics and like cats.
It's easy to solo, from what I seen their para cubic rocks and they are helpfull in mele and archer parties. In mele they also can pick role of dd with kai or suport with queen.
