At lvl 61, most peeps are still focused more on PvE than PvP. Tallum is better armor for PvE. The damage from the extra Atk Speed is greater than the damage from the extra Patk. More AtkSPd=MoreCrits, BD's do alot of damage from their crits than they do from their normal swings. (at least for now)
Stun resist is cool.. but as a BD, how often do you really get stunned in PvP? Same thing here though.. Would you rather have Stun resist and a wee bit more damage per swing, or would you rather swing faster, which increases your chance of getting a crit.
Note - In Interlude the rules are changing because of the changes to crit damage, in which case my advice will need ot be reevaluated. Interlude is approx 1.5 - 3 months away.
WTB a clue?! (no seriously)
<----BD!
Frist and for hand on Kain, the price of Maj Plate is 70-90m, the helm ranges from 55-90, gloves are insane like 50m. boots are hella cheep at 15-22m.
Tallum on the other hand, gloves 7m, helm's 50m (give or take), boots about 10m'ish.
The boost for Maj is better for a BD for PvE, But is fair and/or good for PvP. +2 acc, +2 str - 2 con, -50% to stun.
Tallum adds 8% to act speed, +2 str - 2 con, and some % to weight.
Tallum is atk speed bonus, ment to boost your atk speed for pvp, BD's main roll (at lest imo) for PvP is to atk mages, with Tallum you put up your dances alot faster.
Dances Are a Physical skill, so the faster your atk speed the faster they go off. BD's can get up to 1K atk speed. they plow tho mages in PvP, only one that stands a chance is Necro.
Every lvling spot post lvl 55 has atlest one mob that will stun.
I was talking to a friend and he said that Maj dosn't help Vs stun mob, but is only reliable in PvP. I don't believe it, but I think he said they tested it on HS mobs, so I'd just disreguard that any how.
Tallum = PvP for atk speed, Maj = PvE for boost acc and P atk.
BTW I'm going for Majestic for my self.
