NEED HELP! Quest: Inhabitants of the FotD

I'm stuck at the part where Dorian says I should come and investigate the village. So I went there after midnight and saw him as a raid fighter etc. Came back and he said I should observe more closely. So I stayed there until midnight. Went in the morning, nothing happened. Observe the village more closely. Am *I* doing something wrong or does anyone else have the same problem?

Walk right up to the raid fighter. You might have to stand there a second.

He will speak to you. Then you can come back.

Don't stand at the area he spawns. You have to walk out of his range then enter his "space" to trigger the event. It's like standing in the same space as an aggro mob. It treats you as part of the environment unless you walk away and come back. Some mobs don't care about this and just aggro if you even twitch.

Actually I went to a rock nearby, just above the river. And when I got back the vampires had spawned, and still he didnt speak to me. Will try it again as I said. ^_^ thankssss :)

Anyways. I don't think that L2 is proper for impatient people..

The best thing to do is simply to kill vampires around town while its midnight, that should easily trigger it.

Check quest inventory if you have a cross or broken cross.
Check and see if you're overweight or over the 80% inventory load. I can't think of anything else.
