Silence aswell I think. Im pretty much sure that Mental Aegis description was like "Hold, sleep, fear and silence" before they change it someday.

Lure, Switch, Bluff (turn around and lose target effect), Shield slam (Physical Silence) and Shield Bash (the target removing effect). Im also positive that Hate changes less your target with aegis on but need to test it more.

Does Mental Aegis protect against stuff like:
- Cancel? or whatever its called that removes your buffs
- Paralyse?

No and no, as far as I'm aware.

There are seperate anti-cancel buffs (all of them are third class skills, I think), and I am not aware of any anti-paralysis buffs.

Spirit barrier and Chant of Spirit both protect against all mental attacks including para but it's a small amount.
