as far as i have seen 68-78 may take months if you dont grind hardcore.

68-75 in 10 days. 75-76 2 days 76-77 1 day 77-78 10 days
78 to 55% 3 days :P

BH (main) : 1 --> 77 (35%) : 2 years and half
SH (sub) : 40 --> 75 : 4 monthes
lvl 78 on main? lol... one day... perhaps

40-75 on necro 2 months
40-75 on ws 8 months (lower buffs and no herbs)
i could prolly go 75-78 on the necro in about 4 weeks (and im not going to)
