try forest of mirrors till your 53, then head to Schuttgart and go to frozen lab till 60 or so.

or you can try, aligator island and forest of outlaws in Oren at 50+.

For a nuker, the Ivory Tower Pit should be good, as should the area right around IT. Then Outlaw Forest (a little north of Ivory Tower) for 50+. Alligator Island would be good in a group. But for solo, I don't know. The mobs are almost all 2x (or 3X), which is ordinarily not a good situation for soloing nukers.
Also DV is a possibility starting at 45 or a little higher.

You can go north from Aden - War torn plains. Hunt Bears and orcs , or try entrance to cemetery.

Sea of Spores: Lv. 40 to 45
transfer pain spellbook drops there.

Ivory Tower: Lv. 40 to 50
After being in the pit you can kill the formor series and the Tarlk bugbear series then head north to.*

Outlaw Forest: Lv. 50 to 56
There you can kill the nice Oel mahum series just be careful of the Ol Mahum Transcender he morph if he is not kill fast.

*note: if you get the death spike spellbook is going to be nicer since is going to be your main spell and the Formor Elder, Tarlk Bugbear Warrior, Tarlk Bugbear High Warrior drops the Cursed Bone (http://lineage2.stratics.com/content/library/items/etcitems.php?id=2508) .

When you level at Ivory Tower, don't forget to talk to "Magic Trader Cema" locating at Hardin's Academy for the Quest.
You can get enchant scrolls and Items such as cursed bones.
It's really worth to do.

You could maybe try Pavel Ruins near Schuttgart. I went there on my BD and he leveled very quickly from 48 to 49, but I'm not sure how a Nuker would do there. Because I remember seeing a lot of mobs with the Strong M.Def. thing under their name.
