Fishing question

Ok I have my manor toon I am starting to fish with but I am having trouble figuring out what level his fishing should be at. It is currently a lvl 38 rogue and I have tried fishing at lvl 3 all the way to lvl 11 fishing and I still pull out yellow mobs that I have trouble killing over half the time. The sad part is I have Brig set and Mith dagger and can solo red mobs without buffs but get killed alot by yellow mobs while fishing. I was wondering if anyone had information on what levels your fiwhing should be in relation to your current level.

The mobs that you catch while fishing are always relative to your level. Your fishing level has nothing to do with the mobs.

At your level if you buy Greater Heal Potions, the mob shouldn't be able to kill you. You can also run around for 30 seconds, after which they disappear.
