I like the adventurer/trader proffessions in that game , anyone from ao here that might be able to suggest what type is closest to one of these proffessions?

allow me to ellaborate. nameless1 is a dwarf. as a dwarf, he can craft things, trade items, make buy and sell shops, use the manor system, and do quests. lots of thing that can make you lots of money. he is bitter because ANY class in L2 can do all of these things. if you want to adventure, go to an area of the world where you have never been. if you want to trade with someone then /target /trade. you will have to be more speciffic, about what sort of role you want to play in PvP/PvE if you want to know what is the right class for you. or read through the class descriptions on this site, or best yet ^^ . . . just make a character and start playing. no need to be all serrious with a main just yet.

Almost, if not all, of us real player dwarves are in agreement with him.
Honestly though, being a dwarf is fun. I would suggest that you try out characters until you find the one that fits you. You have 7 char slots per server and that leaves you plenty of room to discover where you fit in. I play a dwarf. I play 8 dwarves server wide. I am a glutton for punishment. When I first started playing L2 I chose to go the Bishop route...then I discovered dwarves. :) Let us know which server you chose and also read/post on that server page. Others can and will be glad to help you out!
