I've seen some shops around time that allow you to make the items at the shop and be on your way...

What I'm wondering is..
Can any level dworf do it?
Is there a specific quest or npc you need to see to accomplish this?
Also.. is there a place in game where someone could find more information about it like how to set it up?

Any crafter can do it but he must have the recipes he wants to put up for crafting.
No quest at all. You just need to hit alt+c and there is "setup a private creation" button among the sell/buy shop buttons (crafters only!)

Bounty Hunters can still do PC with lvl 1 recipes, for Warsmith's it is their main income at the moment before you reach end game.

there are different levels of craft.

lvls 1-8 or 9 i believe

you need to get a recipe from quests, mob drops, or spoils, and insert it into book. B grade crafts and higher require for the dwarf to have it in the book, and the craft will require a second recipe from the crafter as part of ingredients.

Hey I know this is a new topic but I've heard people refer to DE's as nukers... yet I only see 1 AoE skill.

Do dark elfs only get the one aeo skill flame strike or are there others?

nuking refers to any sort of high damage spell not just high level ones. you stop getting flamestrike at 35 but at later levels you get a wind based AOE.

do you know what the name of that skill is? is it hurricane?

No huricane is a single ttarget nuke that replaces twister as yoru main nuke. Your AOE one is called tempest.

Yeah and it sucks :P But it's AOE just the same.
