How do I bind my second spellbar to my f keys?

You press Alt-F2 and have your second spellbar instead of you first one. Alt-F1 to return.

I have vent set on left ALT.

so if I switch bars I enter vent chat. lol good thing I rarely use ether of the two.

Meanwhile, while both bars are out and on top of each other (by pressing the arrow icon on the bar), there is no way to bind the second row?
