You might be trying to log on the PTS. Someone else can help you get on the live servers :)

I'm logged in on Teon currently, and all other serers appear to be up.

What is PTS? How can i change this?

Public Test Server. You need to convert to live servers, but I don't know exactly how. You have to change something in the host file or I think...
