whats your main? what kind of gear do you have? nothing beats subbing something you like AND have gear for (b set or same helm for A grade etc) which class has skills that you like better?
:eek: :eek: :eek: Ive seen a destroyer own whole catacomb rooms in a matter of seconds with frenzy on.... destroyers are hax lol. Not so overpowered in PvP as necros (only because of a lack of range)... but I wouldnt put the words "Destroyer", "Not" and "Overpowered" in the same sentence :p
I subbed Destroyer despite the fact that my main is SH and I had very good gear for a nuker sitting in WH for C grade and B grade and A grade.
Why? Well, I wanted a change and I love AoE with polearm.
Destroyers have incredible skills for PvE that make the grind a pleasant change. For best XP you will AoE catacomb mobs with polearm. But, when you are tired of that or if you can't get several rooms to yourself you can switch to 2H sword and own a room and farm all the mobs using the manor system. This method works for sure up to level 66. I can't say how much longer poling solo AoE will work since many of the catacomb mobs 65+ have physical resist and stun.
Nothing is more exhilarating than pulling a train of 16+ mobs with Guts or Frenzy and watching them all fall. Also, it is easy to dissuade farmers by pulling the trains into their room and watching them fall! A Destroyer with PP buffs and VR can keep 3 large catacomb rooms [24 total mobs that are green and white] clear and maybe even 4 if they are close enough by toggling between using Frenzy and Guts with a polearm.
PvP is more challenging as a Destroyer than a nuker though. I still don't have the knack for it yet but am progressing. Equal level I am doing OK against Daggers, Glads, Tyrants, and tanks. So far I haven't had any PvP against archers, BD, SwS, or healers/buffers. Nukers have beat me every time so far but I'm learning and have Zealot 2 now which may help.

I dont know what to say but as a necro...I am throwing out 760 adena for every mob I kill.
