summoners remove haste? and other

so the pony guy can remove haste?
what debuff are they useing or does windshackle remove attack speed buffs, i didnt really get a chance to check but i had windshakle on me directly after so thats why im asking
any of the other summoners get this?

the kitty guy seemed to spam a spell on me alot
not sure what it was and it didnt seem to do anything but i was pretty lagged so i cant be sure
it looked kinda like a cloud swirling around me (i think similar to mana burn but i could be wrong)

Attack speed and speed for warrior bane, cast speed and matk for mage bane.

The buffs are only cancelled, AFAIK there is no debuff involved (that would be block WW/Shield for healers).

ES and PS get windshackle wich reduces your attack speed and WK get arcane disruption whihc lowers cast speed. Most likely the summoner was trying to activate cubics by casting spells at you as fast as possible.

the other spell is something im not sure on, pretty sure its not a low lvl mage skill
it looks sorta like mana burn

EDIT:the mobs in fod cast a spell that looks the same
its cast by the night time vampires and if i remeber right its aoe slow
wouldnt mind knowing what that skill is

I will pay attention next time I'm there (I'm following a dwarf there stealing her spoils! Yay). I've not seen anything there that looks like auraflare, but I do try to be diligent about not letting too many of them stay awake to go about their business.

PS: Could it have been aura bolt? That IS a low level mage spell, looks a bit like auraburn, and is one of the better choices of 'things to spam to trigger cubics'.

Normally in PVP i spam windshackle because it casts fast and has good range just so i can get spark to trigger. It's pretty common to do especially if it's a warlock trying to get you para'd.

pretty sure its not windshakle but i have alot to do dureing olympiad so i might just have it wrong
maybe its just some low lvl mage skill ive never noticed before :/

actually im pretty sure its not windshakle because the amount of times it was cast on me it would have eventually landed even if it was a lvl 40 skill used without sps
