so im currently looking for the amulets paagrios wisdom, seal of winter, steal essence. is there any other place to get them from other than the timak orc and timak orc archer? they have godawful drop rates and i cant seem to get them. and since no one hunts in that area, i cant find any for sale :(

Tthey do eventually drop...it's the Timak Troop Leaders in the area that make most people avoid it.
But there is one other way to get the amulets....do the "Wish Potion" quest and wish for Wisdom. One of the most common rewards for this is 3 Spellbooks/Amulets. One of which is the needed Heart of Paagrio.
Since you need the HoP amulet anyway...and it usually takes a fair number of tries before that amulet pops up, you may as well see how many of your other amulets that you get from it anyway.
Since the rewards are drawn from all the classes books and amulets there is NO guarantee that you will even get 1 of the amulets you need...but eventually you should get a some over time and repeated runs.
Your only other option is to hunt those Timak Orc mobs. (And the Ench.Valley mobs as well for the rest.)
nice was in the middle of wish pot quest for HoP anyway, altho, i didnt realize they added all those other sbs to it

Did wishing potion quest last week. If you have friends willing to assist you, or any other boxed character I can recommend you bring them along on the quest. We were three questing together, which made it easier going down in Ant Nest. Later, we discovered that the Ant Captains outside the nest drops the ant items as well.
Anyway, we got HoP-amulet on the third try, and from the looks of it, I'd say that all kinds of SBs and amulets can be given as reward. We got Return, Seed of wind, Curse Gloom, Ice Dagger, Resist wind and a few others.
I went hunting for Timak Orc Warriors yesterday, since the only two amulets left for me were Pa'agrios Eye and Seal of Mirage. I got lucky an managed to get two Pa'agrios Eye and one Seal of Mirage in just two buffrounds. I also spoiled a CBSpS-recipe at the same time. I know the droprates on the amulets are like 1/130, but just keep hunting and you will get them eventually. :)
speaking of paagrios eye, did they name it wrong?
becuz theres 2 paagrios eyes afaik, one for dominators and one for overlords, so im guessing the one for overlords shoudl be the sight of paagrio ammy?

Sight = Accuracy = OL
Eye = Death Whisper = Dominator
They've got the whole naming thing completely wrong, like in so many other parts of the game. There are two amulets with the same name, but with a slight different spelling. As you said, the first one should probably be named "sight" or "vision".
Amulet: Pa'agrio's Eye - used for "Vision of Pa'agrio"-skill (accuracy) at lvl 44. Drop from a lvl 43-mob.
Amulet - Pa'agrio's Eye - used for "The Eye of Pa'agrio"-skill (death whisper) at lvl 77. Drop from a lvl 78-mob.
