heroes remove all cp in 1 hit

i prolly shouldnt have to ask this but does this not work in the arena and against clan memebers?
i know ive had it used on me but i dont think its worked for me before

Think so.. Never experienced all CP being shot to pieces by a hero on myself.

I was under the impression it meant everyone they shot at.. but we all know how korean translations are. :p
