Is the "Anger" Sa that is avaiable on some weaps applies to the user or Weap.

Such as lance says gives 30 p atk, Is that 30 p atk to the weap or 30 p atk to the user of the weap?

According to l2p/l2calc, it's added to the user. And it's ~25 for Lance, not 30. And Long Blow is more fun anyway :D

pretty sure its just a straight pattack and not effected by stacking buffs or masteries
one of the reasons noone ever uses that sa if i remember right

it'd say the 15% HP has somethign to do with it too.
