weapons vs weapons

simple question :

My weapon is Keshemberg*Damaskus +9 with 350 p.attack, and my friends weapon is Tallum Blade (Haste) +16 with 329 p.attack.

Which weapon is the stronger?
For the life of me I cant remember the attack speed on duals and tallum blade. (very slow, slow, normal, fast , very fast ...)

Anyways, If Id have that Id be able to tell you what one is better in terms of dps not counting masteries.

Im leaning towards the tallum blade with haste though.
Duals have a "Normal" speed just like 2H swords.

1H Swords are "Fast".

Both are base speeds, adding Haste SA will of course add to the speed.
Okies found it
Kesh*dama : (350)(1)(325) = 113 750
Tallum blade with haste: (329)(1.06)(379) = 132 172

+16 Talum Blade should be doing 16% more damage over time than +9 Kesh*Dama

Hope thats what you were looking for
can you explain your calculations plz?
He took the patk and multiplied by the base speed of the weapon to get a normalized "weapon power" the extra factor is to account for hte haste on the sword.
you forgot to add on the SA on the duals.
SA on duals -> health... not going take that into account

Calculations are basic (p.atck)*(attack speed)
= (patck)*(bonus to attack speed due to SA)*(base attack speed for type of weapon)
This is a good way to compare weapons, since the number you get fomr the multiplication really means nothing.

I took into account the initial p.atck of both weapons as given by you.
Talum is a fast attack speed weapon. Fast attack speed = 379 multiplier
Duals are normal attack speed = 325 multiplier
Talum haste = 1.06 multiplier.

Again these calculations are only good for comparison purposes.
The result of the calculation means nothing except to see what one is higher than the other.
gah i was thinking they had focus SA. i dont know duals well, sorry >.<
The truth is, too bad it is a tallum blade because those are ugly. At least he has red flames right?
