Chant of Victory, whats it do :-?

I'm about a week's worth of leveling from having Chant of Victory, but was curious what it actually does(besides the obvious spellbook/spellicon description).

BAsically raises every stat but run speed by about 20%.

CoV - HP +20%, restores the HP added, Speed -20%, Accuracy +4, P.Def. +20%, P.Atk. +10%, Atk. Spd. +20%, Critical +20%, Critical Damage +20%, M.Def. +20%, Casting Spd. +20%, Debuff Resistance +20%

that is supposed to be debuff resistance -20%.

no it increases your reisistance to debuffsm it's just worded poorly.
