artisan to warsmith

I have completed all 3 quest to become warsmith. My dwarf is lvl 40 already; although, I am still as artisan. Where do I have to go in order to complete the 2nd. class transfer guys?
I have already talked with all dwarven village with no luck. Any Help plz...

Uhm, wasnt it Gludio and there the warehouse keeper npcs, forgot which one of em.

Go to Giran and talk to the blacksmiths there (the head blacksmith, I think); one of them has the option of talking about the second class transfer.

If u completed 3d quest and reached 40lvl, go at Blacksmith and talk to Head Blacksmith BUT don't choose the Quest choise, choose the Proffesion question and ask infos.
