It has come to our attention that some of our players have received unsolicited and fraudulent e-mails regarding their PlayNC master accounts. These e-mails contain a link to what appears to be the PlayNC master account sign-in page, but it is actually a spoofed website. If you receive one of these e-mails, DO NOT click the link in the e-mail or provide your account information.
If you already clicked the link and entered your login information, immediately try to log into your PlayNC master account. If you are able to log in, change your PlayNC master account password, password hint question and answer, and your game account passwords.
As a reminder, NCsoft will never ask you for your password in an email or anywhere other than logging into PlayNC.com or a game. Emails asking for your game or PlayNC password are typically fraudulent, especially emails that claim your account or characters will be deleted.
