You went the wrong way in branded.
Take right side, you will be able to level there up to 52.

ok either you hate me and want to see me dead
i went the wrong way
or youve never poled before

mobs there have high evasion and high pdef sometimes a mix of both
back skills for poleing
right int he back of pilgrims, there are aobut 4-5 rooms you can use, most of the mobs will be green or light blue, but that just means you can kill them faster to make up for the xp loss due to level.
then when they are all blue, move to worships, but not the first couple of rooms, cause of the magic users there. take your first left, then a right, the a left, then a right, run stright down 2 rooms, take a left. and you're at a great spot, think you'll have to be like 48-52 to kill these...but if you only run past one room down the hall and take a left, there are mobs there you can kill to get that high. good luck.
ps...i got to 55 in that spot...and fast

Nah, I dun hate you.
As it happens I've poled my way in Branded, doing the "high" evasion & phys resitant mobs all the way from 4x to 52 on my WS. This was mostly solo, with only buffs from SE's (VR ftw!) that were partying there. So without a healer, but used a fair amount of GHPs. At level 51 I got 8% / buffs.
ok you guys are too slow
im 48ish now with a 48ish wc

honestly id be better off pulling the first few rooms of branded then the high evasion/pdef mobs
they take forever to kill and they actually hurt me :(

ill give pilgrims a go but the lowbie branded mobs might be good for another lvl or two they give like 4-5.5k xp in a duo die fast and barely touch me even with my noobie buffs
i pull 2-3 rooms of those guys and manage to pull off frenzy and guts most of the time
don't forget worships soon....you'll be able to do that soon.
There are plaaces outside of the catacombs....wait...did I just sy that. You could try dark lord groups in CT2, but some of them stun.
cruma is the same as a cata :)

ok then, go to tanor canyon... or train mobs in EV.
training in ev...you need like song of wind... running that far, taking tha tmuch damage, you're down to half hp by the time you get back. but yea, you have to get out of the catas every now and again...aleast just for a change
My clan makes low-lvl polegroups in branded everyday :/
(the rooms with the skeletons)

i havent been to a cata since i was lvl 40 they just added them and ppl invited me to group to tank lol

Nah, there are areas where you can pull 4-6 mobs and have alot of hp left(didnt say large trains)
i'm all about the maxed out trains :), i just like seeing 16+ mobs infront of me dieing at the say time :)...alot differnt than an archer :)
what i don't understand is if the back of branded is too difficult, why arent you doing the front. I started poling in the front, and moved my way back, as i got higher in level.

i think you can pole goat thingies near giran, dragon valley, and stuff in garden of eva also.
The entry rooms in Apostate are great. No stuns, no physical resist, and holy weapon rocks if you can get it. The mobs are 50-52 but you should be OK at 48. Just keep your accuracy toggle always on. If you are having any trouble with the mobs then alternate between Rage+Guts and Rage+Frenzy on your pulls. You should be able to always have one or the other [if you activate with 700+ attack speed - cursed dagger risk: haste, haste2] since you'll have some downtime just waiting for mob spawns.

You can stay there until 56 at least then maybe move to the entry rooms in Devotion. The Devotion mobs are 60-62 but again no stun, no physical resist, and holy weapon rocks again! Deeper in Apostate is not so great do to the stun mobs and physical resist.
i havent really managed to get the dagger thing to work yet
just too much of a close call to risk changeing weapons since i trigger guts, frenzy and rage and the end of a pull

so far i just alternate between all 3 and the only time i use any other skills is battleroar just after i use frenzy if it looks like i wont survive

im gonna check out some of those places and ill let you guys know
