Well it depends on how much you have to spend on enchants and items. To my understanding there is no cap to the enchant level. I personaly havent seen anything higher then 16 but I have heard rumors of a +17.
Your odds of reacing the cap are .000000001 or less, I know that there is a +21 weapon around somewhere was d grade I think, and he might have blown it up.
you will never reach highest OE level so... highest I have ver seen on a weapon is +18, but I know ppl have had higher. Highest armor i have seen is +8. armors are a lot harder to OE then weapons. very understandable. Imagine a +16 armor set. that would be like perma UD.
Ive only ever found EWD,C.. ect.. and I know it can break your weapon if it does not work past +3 but I heard there are EW scrolls that don't break the weapon if failed just takes away any enchantment on the weapon. What are these scrolls called and also if there is an acromin for them.
Something that you could have sold for so much more money instead is free, but not really.
Always calculate what you could have gotten for something, not what you actually paid to get it, IMHO.
And yes, prices are a bit crazy. :/ The craft including the recipe for a staggering 14.5mil (>< I had a cheaper one before but sold it for a slim profit margin of 500k thinking nobody would ever sell me the blades ... of course the recipe sells the same night in which I finally get any blades at all, and then I get them all) is around 25~30mil on Lionna ... which is a good deal, considering that people want up to almost 60million for the full sword with acumen. :o
cost to buy a blessed enchant from hero thingie is about 10x the cost of a normal enchant
you never use a blessed enchant on +4 or 5 weapons and armor since the cost of the enchant is usually higher than rebuying the item
exceptions are/were A grade helms and boss jewles
