60% Recipes

How exactly do these recipe's work? What if you have more than one, can you combine them to make a 100% recipe? What happens if you fail etc...Is it a 60% chance to learn the recipe?

Tried searching for a description of these recipe's but couldn't find a reference anywhere.

The same way as 100% except they use fewer mats.

No, it's 100% to register it.

I should also add that you must use the same type of recipe that the crafter has. For example, you cannot use a 60% recipe if the crafter only has the 100% version registered.

Lastly, when I said the 60% ones use fewer mats, they use the same number of key components (blades, fabrics, etc) but fewer base components (bones, stems, etc).
