Is it possible, like if I'm a warrior but instead want to be a rogue?
I would make a new guy, but don't the novice bonuses help alot?

you have to make a new character if you have already completed your quest to become a warrior.

There is no way to 'undo' a class change.
The closest you can get is to "subclass" another class, but you can only 'sub' a L40 class, and you need to be L75 on your main class first.
Your only other option is to simply create and level another character of/into the class you want.

Every character under 25 get the newbie bonuses now. And sure, they help, but they're not that good compared to buffs from a Prophet or Warcryer.
