help me with my quest

My human character has just reach level 15 and I am doing the quest Spirit of Mirror in Talking Island. I have kill 2 quest mob which are the toad near Magic School and the orc near Obelisk of Victory. However I cannot find the last one which was said to be at western coast of the island. Anyone who still remember please help me complete this quest

Run past the waterfall, then north along the western coast. There is a hill that goes down to the ocean, the werewolf mirror should be down there.
