my account

hello i just got lineage2 today and im having trobble i made a plaync account. i used my friends disk to download the game and i bought a code. and i made a lineage 2 account and when ever i try to loggin it says my password or user is incorrect and i changed my password like 5 times

I don't know if this is the case, but the password has to be a max is 12 or 13, but the site lets you put in one longer, but then it doesn't work when you try to login. Just a thought, I did that recently and it screwed up my password but good.

my password is 8 letters long

Then i would suggest making out a support ticket....Click the support link on the left.

And i would suggest an alphanumeric password and just not a password 8 letters long.

its [removed] but the weird thing is i made mt plaync account first and then i bought a code and it asked me if i wanted to use the same username as my plaync an di said ok but i dont even think it asked me for a password i just changed it when i was on my plaync account

I or anyone else do not need to know the makeup of your password.

When you create the Master Account and Game Account you are given the option of using the same user name. If you can log into your master account and you changed your game password....

You should contact support to work out any issues, because there seems to be issues.
