you can upgrade weapons from low d through top c with the blacksmith of mammon. it costs ancient adena to do so. depending on the level of the swords it isn't always cost effective to do this though.
First you need to be signed up to the seven signs. Just speak with either the priest of dawn or priest of dusk in any town to sign up for that. Then once it is seal validation week (you will know if it because of the preachers of doom appearing in town) and the side you chose won you can enter a catacomb and search for mammon.
Which catacomb he appears to is random. So you might want to shout around town to see if anyone knows where he is or keep an eye on hero chat if they say his location your server.
Hope that explains it. :)
EDIT: Forgot to mention it. But he goes to another random catacomb every 30 minutes.
i dunno about server transfers, ive heard rumors about them sometime (maybe)
and i assume yourtalking about a title for the second thing der'
you can change your title when your in a lvl 3+ clan by going to member info, and click "change title"
or become a nobless
