Quick Recovery SA

Is it true that the Quick Recovery SA for bows only works on skill shots (stun, double, etc.) and not every shot you take? If so, I'm assuming the better way to go would be Focus...

If you really even debate between Focus and QR for a bow...seriously that's asking a rhetorical question.

Focus > Anything on a bow.

Focus > Anything on most weapons.

And with the QR, im pretty sure its the other way around. It makes you shoot faster but it doesnt lower the cooldown on your skills. You would need Haste SA for that.

I had a QR BOP in BG and I must say that it doesnt increase your attk speed in your stats, but your red bar moves faster, so you shoot faster as well.

I was most of the time Pve'ing so I didnt use my skills so I dont know about that.

QR.. Quick Recovery... should be renamed to "Quick Reload" because that is what it does... you reload your bow faster, and are therefore ready to shoot again sooner.

If you're an MP conscious class, like a SwS, it's not a good SA for you.

QR has nothing to do with attackspeed, it just makes you release the arrow faster. Its for kiting mainly.
