imagine you are on an official server, but with no working manor or market. You have ng to mid d grade chars.
How would you make money the easiest/quickest/most successfully?
Won't PTS be wiped soon to make space for Interlude?
And Ol Mahum quest in Gludin and Orc quest in Orc Barracks could give you enough quest items + drops to outperform spore quest... and you will make some XP on them too.

Varool is also deep inside the EF, where they are no pots, plenty of aggro, and basically not worth it IMO compared to spores which are right outside the village thanks to the mob changes a few chronicles ago.
well, as i said, there is no manor, so thats not an option, neither is there a market.
As for shots, well d grade is np, have lvl 20+ ws with rec, and can buy jewels etc to crush. C grade, can get equip from lux shop, or 2 d wpns and dual em/ crush em.
Shots will be np, and it is only for fun, doubt i will get much past c grade

Best way to cut down the cost on shots per dmg dealt is to get the strongest D grade you can.Which means that lowest D < top NG.Do you understand? :p
well, tbh at 3xs rates cost per mob isnt that much of an issue.
The problem i have is that i out lvl stuff too fast at ng lvls, and trying to hunt d grade mats/recs with ng is slow.....
with 3x cash rates, and low d being 2x p attack of top ng, or whatever ammount it is, i should kill a lot faster, use equal value of shot etc,,, and still come out ahead.
plus idea behind getting low d is to use mammon to upgrade it, just need to win seals on pts:-) shouldnt be too hard, only 3-4 other people contribute stones:-)

Actually, using full newbie buffs (and the occasional potion) at level 19 I was able to AOE his whole room in two pulls. Every time I went in, I was able to get the claw in under 5 minutes. Plus, doing the AOE I was able to turn in a good number of regular claws at the same time.
Well I don't know what to tell you. I did it and spent like and hour and a half killing him every time he spawned plus his buddies before I got it. That's quest drops for you.
havent read everyones response but start the fishing soulshot quest. You get quest item pretty much everywhere u hunt and when u need the money just exchange the quest items for fishing soulshots and sell them to people. if no buyers come just sell them to the shop. u start the quest at any fisherman in town.
