#2 70+ normal RB's Far too few to go around. Thus uncommon and/or expensive.
#3 High lvl epic RB's Almost non-existent, due to low drops on bosses that are seldom killed.
#4 Heros Could be common, but isn't due to the ridiculous requirements of the preceding two books.

2. you can have this guy if you raid the major bosses and your alli decides you need it, prices will eventually drop so everyone can have it
3. you prolly cant have this one
4.you can not have this guy unless you are a hero, description on the book says it is untradeable and the base price of the book is somewhere between 200-400 million adena if it is actually sellable

i'm not sure about the required lvl for the last 2 and afaik u don't need to be hero to get the last book just a lot of noblesse gatepasses.
maybe also important to know u need all those books for your main class and each subclass :p
well yeah i guess you could get it without being hero but as far as ive seen with the way the nobless pass system works i dont like the odds
i usually get maybe 300 nobless passes for the fights i win and 300k passes when i get hero
the book cost 420k passes i think (maybe 450)
certain classes if they are more powerful than me in olympiad will get more passes but 400k is a long way to go
