Hi. Is it possible to set it so that certain members of my clan can take things out of my clan warehouse? And if so how does one set it up in such a way?
I'm afraid that is not possible. You can however give certain people of your clan the right to View the Clan warehouse by setting the ranks system to allow certain people specific tasks while others keep the regular basic abilities.
Don't think this will get changed either and frankly it's best I think so you don't end up with a major surprise ;)
