I have a level 42 BD and I'm having trouble keeping up money wise... And the manor system has never really been something I have done really well on... It seems I can never get the right seeds at the right time to make adequate money...
What territory do you guys do it in? And with what seeds?
innadril is a good place to go with seeding especially if you can get a healer with you the healer dont even need to be that powerfull so good for helping a lowbie lvl up as the mobs are 2x hp mostly DO NOT buy the alternative seeds they are a total waste of money and time they have like a 0% success rate imo go with the normal seeds atleast you get a return that way

look at what the seeds give you when you buying from manor guy the best ones to buy and sell if your after easy money are the mats that high lvls want steel, crafted leather, mith alloy, cokes, etc

im not sure how bartz is set up, but rather than look at the manor prices and tell you what i think, ill give you an idea of how to look at it, maybe that will help other people too. number of mats you get is a function of the price that the castle lord is buying at, and the NPC value of the material (which is 2x the price the NPCs will buy it from you for). look at manor stats for a while and try to notice some general trends. ussually one castle with have a lord that pays more than others, and you will also see that different lords have their priorities set for different fruits, so they pay more for the ones they want most. red coda versus chilly coda, which one will make you the most money PER SEED. you have to first know what your return rate is from an expected group of mobs (i suggest buying 5 seeds to play with before buying 300+ that u will actually farm with, becasue a little mistake goes a long way.) lets say that the price for red and chilly is 50 for each. then red will make you more money because the NPC value of varnish is a lot lower than that of ori ore.
whatever seed you need, you should be able to find a mob somewhere in that gives you 2.5+ fruits per seed (some areas are better for certain seeds than others). but in ANY area, whatever seed you have, there will be a mob in that area that will give you at least 2 fruits per seed (except for gold coda and lute coda). dont do either of those seeds unless you really need to.
