Elf 2nd class change (Spellsinger)

I met a player in game last night and he was stuck on this 2nd class change quest. I looked on stratics but it was 2:30 am and I had to log without finding his answer.
He says he's done all these tests and has the 3 marks including Magus. He couldn't remember or find the NPC to finalise the quest and complete the class change.
Can anyone tell me which one it is so I can tell him tonight ?
I'm at work at the moment so its hard even writing this, there's no way I could spend time on stratics.

Ok this could be wrong (even though I've done several I can't completely remember) but I thiink it's the senior member of the race you belong to.

E.g when I did the Destroyer one I spoke to the senior guy in the group of orcs at Giran.

My BD was the Grand Magister.

I'm sure someone else can correct if I'm wrong.

Yeap he has to go to the mage guild (not church) and talk to the head magister there and change his class to spellsinger.

Unless he's still 39 - then he has to lvl himself to 40 first.

as a general guide its always the head dude of your race in giran
some classes need to go to oren i know so who knows how wrong that rule is

I didn't even think to ask if he had made 40.
So its the highest Elf mage. I presume this is the one that you ask about the second class change in the first place ?
