Went to get my new skills at 32 and i got all of them except power break. Says I need a power break spellbook. So.. I headed over to the grocery store and tried to buy it but its not there (i looked over each book numerous times). Being only lvl 32 im sure I dont have to buy it from a private shop...
any suggestions?
