HE or TH?

I'm not very close to level 40 but I was wondering what would be a better class to make for my first guy. And if it's possible to kinda be a bow and dagger user while I'm a rogue then choose once I hit 40. Any suggestions help!

most of both classes use both weapons.

from 40-52 i have seen many HE use dagger (faster lvl speed) and in pvp many TH use bow for stunshot then run up to backstab.

anyway when youre oom as a HE, it is prudent to carry a dagger until you learn the health-to-mana conversion skills in your 50's

i personally like both equal. for that reason, my main is HE and my sub is TH. already got the gear till A (holding a dagger is a must in ANY lvl for an archer) so it ll come a lot cheaper to lvl up.
