What speed are Dark Vortex and Wind Vortex?

I had good intentions to get my sub to 75 and finish noblesse quests before working on Storm Screamer but that all changed when I found out I needed 5 lunargents for the noblesse quest and that the main class had to be 76 to participate in the Olympiad...

So, I'm off to become a Storm Screamer now. Since I need something to get me excited about the level grind I've started plotting how to use Dark Vortex and Wind Vortex. Can anyone provide the cast speed and cooldown times for these spells? Do they cast as fast as the other nukes (Hurricane, Death Spike, CDL)? How long is the cooldown? Is it as fast as Hurricane or is it slow like Shadow Flare?

They're slow like shadow flare - actually slower. BUT they do provide very good damage though and Dark Vortex is a surrender to dark attack with a nuke all in one for you - so thats really nice :)

Wind Vortex is much better, though, and does more damage ^^

i thought they also restore HP like vamp claw

Dark vortex is like Vamp Claw but it surrenders the target and does alot more dmg.Wind has 140 power!It has a number of good debuffs to it also.
