I've made two acc's and I still haven't recieved the mask.
And I really wanted one. but every time I clicked on the link for the game key, it never says anything about the mask.
So how in the world do we get one? or can we?
you can still get one. upgrade your account (even if you started the epic collection code as a new account) and youll see the button where you want to give the mask to a character. the following tuesday you should have it in your Warehouse. if not, call texas.
