How funny

I so know this post will be deleted or locked but I had to say it, I found it sooooo funny.

Ok my boyfriend got an email this morning. He had previously bought L2 (prior to the current set) and this mail was offering him the new one with all the chronicles in it.

He clicked on the link to have a look and saw .........

"This product is currently unavailable"

:D

I'm not sure why they would delete or lock this thread ?
I was actually amazed at how long our previous "economy system" thread (called "odd behavior from a clan leader" or something) survived before being locked :)
I thought it was nice of you Mistryl (or whoever it was) to let us discuss those things (yes, including bots) in a calm and civilized way... Of course i knew it would eventually be locked, but the thread survived long enough for me to make my point, so i'm quite happy about that.
On the other hand, i was a bit disapointed to see how the threads about the server lags were always locked, as if they didnt want to see the truth that was right in front of their eyes...
Oh well, anyway, being a Community Manager must be a hard task (i know i can be annoying sometimes), and i really think Mistryl's doing a great job here :o

"This product is currently unavailable" is technically a good thing right? Means they're getting bought =P

I don't know about you, but I would seriously wonder if that wasn't a trojaned link. The only email I ever get from NC is the monthly newsletter. Without knowing what/where that link went, it sounds a lot like the 'fake official' emails that were floating around not so long ago.

Of course if you bought L2 from an online retailer, it could be just them pushing a sale, but without you stating who it came from, I would think it best to double check where it's coming from.
