PLEASE I NEED SOME HELP

I have re activate my account after a year of break, i have payed again as is shown in my account details...... i change my password because i had forget it...... anyway.... i have my PlayNC Account name, and my New Password. perfect...
now i am going in games login, it asks me the ID where i am writting my PlayNC name and paswword where i am writting my new password!!!!!!!!!!! THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN I AM PRESSING LOG IN IT RIGHTS ME THAT THE PASSWORD IS NOT VALID, AND THAT I NEED TO CHECK MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!!!1 :confused: :confused:

Awhile ago NC had a security problem so they changed everyones Master NC Account and Game Account passwords.

It sounds like you have changed your Master Account password, but have you reset your Game Account password?

You first have to log into your Master NC Account (https://secure.plaync.com/cgi-bin/plaync_manage.pl?game=lin2)

Once you log in... Under Games List.. Click Account Details. Under Account click "Reset Password"...

You will have to answer a few questions to prove you are you, once you do this you will be able to reset your password.
