Well I just hit 65 and I am looking for a place to solo. I used to lvl up from 56-65 in Forsaken Plains... but that place now is light blue to me.
I tried VoS and this is so freaking hard... the Flash of Splendors can like 4 hit me and I'm dead. I've tried that place like 3 times and the 3 times I finished dead.
I have my own PP for buffs. What place should be good for lvling for a lvl 65 HE?... Would be even better if that place has Herbs drops, because its a pain to heal myself using the laptop with the buffer next to me.
Try fotd. Port in during the day and go up the hill behind the tent. No guarantees but those mobs might be your level. The other neat place is those 1/2 hp mobs outside Goddard. Lots of archers hang there.
Isn't FotD full of magical mobs? Because if I can't handle VoS, I don't think I am going to be able to handle FotD, unless the mobs during the day are different.
An SR in our clan leveled up to 70 in Forsaken Plains. He hunted the Shamans that turn into tigers and got very good xp from them. He leveled very fast in FP. At level 70, he went to Blazing Swamp. :cool:
Forest of the Dead without uber-buffs is signing your own death warrant as an archer. Even with +13 Maj Light and +15 Maj jewelry, those bleeds and drains can kill you fast and consistently.
Try Valley of Saints, and you will not go to anything else before 73. You say you have a PP (M Def buff) and still get slaughtered by the Flashes that are green for you at that lvl, what kind of jewelry do you wear?
Please say it is at least Black Ore (+0 or +15), because otherwhise, with subpar jewelry there is nothing after Forsaken Plains to solo at.
Yes well, I got full BO set and the Majestic Necklage. I guess I need to get the full Majestic Jewelery Set to go there. I'll ask my brother to lend me his jewels to try VoS.
Well I started in Valley of Saints with your set-up in jewelry Jand, and without M Def or Resist Fire ( I use SE buffs mostly ) and I didn't die much, or it was because of a magic crit of 1600+.
I think it's just a get-used-to-the-place kind of thing after all the melee of FP.
Anyways, you can do Devastated Castle area (north east) until about 66-67. You can move to Blazing Swamp after that, but if you can handle FotD or VoS that's better XP.. I did my archer before C4 so not sure about the new areas.
you can alost go to forbidden gateway, or seal of shelin(spelling, but it's the same place, just off the cemetary) i leveled there till around 72, good spot to solo. and if you have prof buffs, should be a piece of cake
esit: there is a quest for there too, de guild in aden, you get Agrade accesory recipies. and there is another quest for up around diciples, for accessory parts. there are good quests to do, i got enough recipies and parts to make 2 sets of maj jewles.
