I thought +5 was the highest you can do on any stat using tattoos. I just added a +4 str -4 con tat and i'm trying to add +1 str -1 con and I keep getting the message "symbol cannot be drawn". Anyone else have this problem? I'm probably overlooking something very simple.

however my clanner recently went to put tats on his sub and found he couldnt apply any
a quick word to the gm's and it turns out it was broken, the exact words from the gm were "i guess the npc got scared of your name"
