to get the SA on duals you need to go +4, once you go +4 on the weapons you will get the SA. The SA on Raid*Raid is +4% attack speed.

It's the only weapons that dont use soul crystals to get an SA.
what does SA meens ? ^^
ok, i will explain from the begining.

Nearly all weapons of C grade and above have a "Special Ability" option available to them. The SA can be anything from increased attack speed, increased HP, increased critical rate, increased attack power, increased cast speed ect.

To obtain the SA on your weapon you will need a soul crystal of a level assigned to your weapon (go to the blacksmith in giran, oren or aden to find out the level crystal needed for your weapon. Remember to unequip your weapon 1st). The Blacksmith will also be able to tell you what colour crystal is needed for each SA and the rest of the requirements needed (adena, gemstones etc).

If you have duals then a diffent system is used. To obtain the SA on duals you need to enchant your duals to +4 or above and there is only one SA available for every diffrent set of duals (each normal weapon had an option of 1 out of 3 SA's to choose from). Enchanting your weapon is safe from 1-3, but enchanting to 4 and above the weapon only has a 66% chance of success. If the weapon breaks you will get a small refund in the form of crystals and your weapon will dissapear.

If you was trying to work out how do dual your 2 swords then you can take your swords to a blacksmith in town and he will be able to dual them for you. Only the higher level towns (e.g aden) dual some of the higher level swords.

If the weapon breaks you will get a small refund in the form of crystals and your weapon will dissapear.

And in the case of +3 Dual Raids you'd just want to kill yourself :p
you can do it to +3 savely and with a blessed EWC it will jsut go back to +0 i heard from some friends ingame is that true ??
Yes it is true, but the price of a Blessed EWC is just... well, about as insane as anything else here :p
