Weapon's SA and enchant question

Will the enchant still be there?
a) When you remove the SA off a weapon?
b) When you make an even upgrade at the blacksmith of mammon?
c) When you add new SA to the weapon?
Thanks

yes to all 3

B) Yes if you mean even trade and not upgrade.

Thank you!
