Trying to LvL fast

i have been playing 56 Gladi alot lately..and i want new skills and A grade asap...so...where should i solo to LvL the fastest...i can get oop buff from my 44 EE and i ahve a small amount of L2 day scrolls remaining...

i think most people go to EV at that level if i remember correctly.

Enchant valley is to low really, at high 5x there really isn't much good places to hunt at, at all.

If you got an 44 EE I would say that the cemetery is the best, so you can get the most out of Holy weapon buff.

I disagree. The upper level of EV is one of the best places to grind for a melee toon with a buffer, until around 58 -60. Mind you, the level seems to slow down at around lvl 56. But only the Cats are better. As far as the Cemetary itself, will you be boxing the EE? If so, I found that autofollow doesn't work well in the cemetary. Probably the next best place to level in upper 50s, if you have a buffbot, after EV and the Cats, is Forsaken Plains, and it will take you to 60 and maybe even a little beyond, np. Frozen Labyrinth, by Scuttgart,isn't bad for up to around 60 or 61. Lastly, Outlaw Forest is not bad for maybe up to 58 or so.

With EE OOP providing buffs and heals I would think the Gladi would do very well in the entry rooms of the Catacomb of the Apostate.

The XP is good: no down time (with the heals), no running around looking for mobs, holy weapon buff works great. In addition, seeding and AA drops you will make a load of adena for your A gear.

Forsaken plains is good - especially the shamans that morph into tigers give great xp. And herbs drop there.

If' you've got an ee that's close enuf in level to recharge your mana, (sounds like you'd probably have to level yours some) you can go to frozen labyrinth and AOE the golems (yes Glads can AOE, quite nicely, with a recharger). I leveled all the way trhough my 50s in the labyrinth on the aoe mobs there, EE in tow, screemin fast xp there

Agree on all those - loved the Transcenders at Outlaw Forest, if they changed 3 (maybe 4) times xp was at least 12k

Forsaken Plains gives you that on a much more consistent rate then Outlaw Forest.

remember to get the appropriate quests for wherever you play. some of those quests in some of the areas mentioned give big rewards.

If you count out pure Xp/hour rate you can stay in FP till 65-66.

so far ive tryed the first room of Apo, been about two hours and im up %320..soon i will try the top side of Ev for another two hours....why not make this into a fun experiment ^^

ok...so...forsaken plains on Hinde...wotthless....either boted to sin or no where i can actualy set up shop due to the large amount of ppl that are there..next stop..patriots

thats not the place to go, if you don't like bots.

or go into a room, and tell them you are a warlord, and will train all over em, if they don't give you buffs. then when you get a group to buff you. kick some bots outta a room real close, and go to town.

yea..it was a friends account taht he paid a year for and then decided to turn tale and go back to WOW..so now ive got an EE that dont matter ^^ good times lol

Talk him to coming back and try making a PP. Then if he don't like it he can go back. Then you'll have a nice OOP PP.

ok..tryed patriots...crummy...gave up after one buff round(19mins)...next is gonna be...Ev(top side)

figured id update this...i was out at Ev for about an hour and a half and i ended up lvling there.(which means i got about %40 in an hour and a half) then i went abck to Apo and was partying there for a bit and got about %10 in another hour and a half...im currently a 57 gladi with my good old 44 EE...any further sugestins would be greatly apreceiated.

Personally at 40 with a melee class I start around Ivory tower and then move north until the monsters are too easy. After that I move to the cemetary, forbidden gateway, beast farms, forest of the dead and wall of argos.

Sometimes around IT/cemetary times I go to forest of mirrors instead to level up some SA crystals.

Those places should be good with a melee + buffer or possibly melee in solo (did my soloing days with an OL, and with our drain it's a little cheated to call it melee solo hehe)

Well, if you're just going for fast leveling to 61, stick with EV until you get tired of it (or reach lvl 60). Then move over to FP, Cemetary, or Forbidden Gateway until mid-60s, then go to FoTD.
One other thought, if you don't level up the EE, I suspect somewhere in your 60s, you're going to find the EE constantly dying. In my alliance, we gladly let players bring along low-level toons to parties in places like Beast Farm and VoS. But, the mobs in the 60's seem to target in real quick on low level mystics. And a low-level mystic in robes in that situation dies really quick. If that bothers you, then you might like the cats better when you get to that level, as you can always just park the EE in the hallways and pull mobs out of the room.

Frozen lab is good for 56 the die quick and they arnt 2x hp like ev... you have to kill more but a faster rate of xp :)

For a melee, I would guess that EV is still better. That certainly was true with my Destroyer and a boxed SE. I think the it would work out the same for a Glad with an EE. Of course, you can get some interesting drops in FL. But that doesn't seem to be the OP's concern.

you level the fastest if you take a little time and group with some support classes like prophets and BDs and Sword Singers and healers.
Prophets and BDs increase kill speed, healers and sword singers reduce downtime as well as increase kill speed (not as much as prophet or BD)
With a small group of 3-5 people, you should go to a catacomb suitable for your level and xp will come easily.

Find a SE and a BD and go rift. Stay inside the 50s rift untill you are 61, 60s rift is too hard without a grade.

I did, and still doing, that on my sub with a SE and a TH, exp is about 12-14k. Just skip the small rooms and the paper room. Depending on your playstyle, 75-100% / evening (evening, not day!). For the 60s rift its better to get a PP along. Exp is still over 15k and the mobs die like flies (its funny when you decide to turn ss off after the room is cleared and you notice you are still doin good ^.^)

ive never really beenin the rift..and saddly, i play alot more during the day hours before i go to work so its hard to usualy find a party...and in regards to the EE dieing alot, a good friend had mentioned this so ive been hording my L2 day scrolls for when i hit around 60ish so i wont need him as much..i also may use a lower lvl toon to two box the EE up closer to 48 so iget new skill and he can stand to die a couple times with out me really ahveing to worry abouthim...though considering he is on an account that could die at any time...im not to hot on shareing xp with a character that doesnt matter lol
