My first try at a character was a dark elf fighter. I got him to lvl 7 or 8. At around lvl 6 i was able to spend some SP(skill points I think) and get some sort of power attack. Well I also made an orc fighter and he's up to level 10 and I have no idea how to spend the skill points(I think I shut off the tutorial by accident).

Any help is appreciated.
Go back to town and go to the fighter guild, talk with the normal NPC's, so not the master and click learn skills.

You will see some things pop up :)
Thank you very much.
yeah, every town has a guild or wh or whatever for any class. but where the orcs go and where dark elves go are different. and who a spell caster talks to and who a melee talks to is different. so keep clicking on npc's in the right area untill you can click on skills, and get the options.

If you click on the wrong NPC he will tell you where to go, so it should be fairly simple.
For an Orc in the starter village, I seem to recall it's a Prefect character. These are in the big central building where all the tribal chiefs are. The skill trainers for mystics are in the same building, but in a separate room, and they are called, I beleieve, seers. Some of the trainer NPCs in Orc village are also the starter NPCs for repeatable quests. You want to work those in Orc Village as much as possible, they have fairly good payouts.
In fact, my first toon was an Orc, and I was kinda dismayed when I got to the mainland and saw how sucky the mainland quests were by comparison.
and talk to the newbie guide NPC. he can tell you where other NPC's are located, where to hunt, what quests are available and most importantly - give you newbie buffs!!
